Salmolux, Inc., located in Federal Way, WA, just South of Seattle, is a premier processor of smoked seafood and related gourmet food products. Our unique combination of traditional European methods with the abundant fresh seafood of Alaska and the Pacific Northwest allows the creation of extraordinary and savory delicacies.

Since 1988, Salmolux Inc. has grown from an upstart gourmet seafood supplier to an international force, producing millions of pounds of salmon annually. The company's proprietary smoking process is unique, differing from common "speedy" methods, making Salmolux products a coveted addition to retail and wholesale outlets' offerings as well as the menus of receptions and restaurants.
